Why are there so few rentals listed?

Because only homes actually managed by KO Realty are listed, and managed homes are usually re-rented before they are advertised. This site carries no third-party listings and never copies from rental portals. An empty page is honest; the waitlist is how you get ahead of it.

Before you apply anywhere

Renters never pay a fee here. Not to view, not to apply, not to register. In Alberta the landlord pays the manager, and anyone charging you for any of those is someone to walk away from. Have your documents ready: photo ID, proof of income, and previous landlord references. The prepared applicant gets chosen.

Your rights are worth ten minutes: the deposit is capped at one month's rent, entry takes 24 hours' written notice, and the move-in inspection report protects your money.
