To engage Mohammad as your REALTOR®, a written representation agreement is required.
7. Forms & Lead Submissions
Submitting a form on this site (contact, valuation, lead) does not create an agency relationship or fiduciary duty. It is an inquiry. A formal agency relationship is established only by signing a written representation agreement (Buyer Representation Agreement or Seller Listing Agreement).
