My Story

From corporate boardrooms to Calgary real estate

I grew up at a dinner table where real estate, negotiation, and pricing strategy were normal conversation — my family ran property and garments businesses in Bangladesh, and the math of a good deal was in the air. I brought that lens to a B.Com at the University of Manitoba (2015–2020), then five years at PepsiCo, Lactalis Group, and Cardinal Health where I learned how deals are actually made under pressure.

In 2025 I earned my REALTOR® licence and joined KO Realty here in Calgary. Today I represent buyers, sellers, and investors across Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie, Cochrane and Okotoks — with a corporate-trained negotiator's rigour and a neighbour's patience. I'm fluent in English, বাংলা, हिंदी, and اردو, and I built the search tools on this site (a 15-minute MLS feed, a fair-price verdict, real Canadian mortgage math) so my clients walk into showings already knowing what a home is worth.

I'm happily married to the love of my life, and together we call Calgary home, not just as an address, but as a community we've chosen, invested in, and grown with.

When I help a family find their home in this city, it's personal. I know what it feels like to put down roots somewhere new. I know what's at stake. And I know that getting it right changes everything.

If you want the unvarnished version of how I work, I wrote out the ten things clients accuse me of — texting back past 10 PM, talking someone out of a house they had fallen for, saying no to requests I think are unreasonable. I plead guilty to all of them.

Moving from another province or another country, in English, Bangla, Hindi or Urdu.

Halal financing

For buyers arranging halal financing with a qualified provider. I am an ijaraCDC Preferred Realtor, not a lender or a religious advisor.
