Short answer ▸

Mohammad Emon at KO Realty provides licensed residential property management across Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks. Management runs 8–10% of collected rent for single-family and condos, 5–7% for multi-family, with tenant placement at 50–75% of one month's rent and no markup on maintenance. He holds both a property management licence and a real estate licence, so the same person can manage the rental and later list it for sale. Renters register on the waitlist free. In Alberta the landlord pays the manager.
