Three simple steps
Tell me what you want
We start with a free, no-pressure chat. You tell me your budget, the areas you like, and how many rooms you need. I listen. I do not push you. Everything moves at your pace.
Talk to a halal finance provider
I am a REALTOR®, not a mortgage or Islamic finance expert. I can point you to halal finance providers like Manzil, Servus and Eqraz so you can compare their options. You confirm what is halal for you with your own provider or scholar. I do not give religious, financial, mortgage, or legal advice.
Shop, tour, and buy
Once you know your numbers, I send you homes that fit. We tour the ones you like. When you find the right one, I help you write the offer and work through to closing. My services and any fees are set in a written agreement we both sign, and the terms are always open to talk about.
What halal financing means for your home search
Many families want to buy a home in a way that fits their faith. Halal financing is one way people do this. It works differently from a normal mortgage.
- You work with a halal finance provider, not a regular bank loan.
- The provider explains their structure, their costs, and their rules to you.
- You decide what is right for your faith with your own provider or scholar.
I am a REALTOR®. I do not decide what is halal, and I do not give financial, mortgage, or religious advice. My job is to help you find and buy the home once your financing is sorted.
What changes in the offer itself
Halal financing does not only change who you borrow from. It can change how the offer is written. That part is my job, and it is where an agent who has done this before matters.
- Condition dates need more room. Approval with a halal provider often takes longer than a bank pre-approval. I ask for a financing condition period that matches your provider's real timeline, not the standard one.
- Some structures affect title. Depending on the model you choose, the provider may hold title or share it with you at the start. That changes how the offer is written and what your lawyer needs to see.
- Deposit, possession, and insurance have to line up. Your provider may have its own requirements for each one. I confirm them before we write the offer, not after.
An offer that respects your financing is worth more than a fast offer that falls apart at condition removal. Your provider sets the structure. I make sure the purchase fits it.
How I help buyers like you
My role is simple and clear. I focus on the home. You and your provider focus on the money.
- I listen to what you need and search for homes that fit.
- I set up tours and give you honest views on each home.
- I help you write a fair offer and guide you to closing.
- I can point you to trusted pros, like a lawyer, for the parts I do not handle.
You are never rushed. You choose each step. I am here to make the work lighter, not to push you.
Fees, rebates, and your agreement
I believe you should know the numbers up front. Here is how I keep it fair.
- My fee is fixed or negotiable, whichever works for you, and set out in a written agreement and it is always open to talk about.
- Any buyer rebate is provided upon discussion, on a case-by-case basis and is also negotiable.
- Everything we agree on goes into a written agreement we both sign.
I do not use a set or standard rate. I cannot promise a set saving, price, or result. What you pay, and what you may get back, is always something we agree on together in writing.
