Read client reviews · Meet MohammadFirst Nations, Métis and Inuit are distinct peoples. This page welcomes Indigenous clients without assuming their citizenship, residence, language or eligibility for a particular programme. It does not claim Indigenous-specific professional expertise or community endorsement.
Identify the property and land arrangement first
A conventional Calgary purchase and an on-reserve housing arrangement should not be treated as interchangeable. Ask your lawyer and lender to confirm the title or tenure, the transaction they can handle and which rules apply to the actual property. Do not assume that a broadly advertised mortgage product or programme applies.
For on-reserve housing, begin with the relevant Nation’s housing office and the professionals it identifies. CMHC describes insured loans for on-reserve First Nation housing. That resource is not a promise of personal eligibility, funding or service from Mohammad.
For a Calgary purchase, organize the practical steps
Discuss the home requirements, financing and funds with the professionals who would be involved. Compare condition, accessibility, ongoing expenses and locations based on your chosen criteria. If family members will contribute or share ownership, describe those roles clearly to your lawyer and lender.
Before an offer, confirm the inspections, document reviews and conditions you want. If you already own, include the timing of that sale in the plan.
Tell me what you want to work out
Share whether you are buying, selling, investing or planning ahead, your timing and any language assistance you would like to discuss. Do not send identity documents or bank statements through this form.

Ask about programmes without assuming qualification
If you want to explore a specific housing programme, use its current official guidance and the administering organization. Programme eligibility can depend on more than identity, including the property and the application. Do not send status documents or sensitive personal records through this public form.
Public resources use different legal and historical terms. For a contemporary Canadian introduction, the Government of Canada distinguishes First Nations, Inuit and Métis. Use the name and terms the person or community identifies for itself.
Scope of the conversation
Mohammad can discuss ordinary Calgary-area property buying and selling within his professional scope. If the property or arrangement requires specialized land, Nation-specific or legal knowledge, identify the appropriate professional first. An inclusive welcome is not a claim of expertise in every land or housing system.

Questions
Does this page promise an Indigenous housing grant?
No. Ask the administrator of the actual programme about current eligibility and availability.
Does Mohammad claim on-reserve housing expertise?
No. For an on-reserve arrangement, begin with the relevant Nation’s housing office, lender and legal advisers. The scope must be established before proceeding.
