Submit an investment opportunity for review
For owners, listing brokers, and co-operating brokers with the seller's written consent.
Sign in to the investor workspace with a verified email, state your authority (owner, listing broker, or co-operating broker with written consent), the confidentiality, the audience and an expiry date, and share documents as links. The submission stays in quarantine until Mohammad reviews it, and nothing becomes public without your permission.
Who may submit
- The owner of the property or business.
- The listing broker who holds the listing.
- A co-operating broker with the seller's written consent to share it.
Submissions come from a verified email address, through the investor workspace. Nothing is copied from another brokerage's listing or website without permission.
What we need from you
- Your authority: owner, listing broker, or co-operating broker with written consent, which you confirm.
- Who represents the seller.
- Confidentiality: public, private, limited, or only under a confidentiality agreement (NDA).
- Who may see it: anyone, registered investors, or only investors you name.
- An expiry date for your permission, within two years. After it, nothing is shown or sent.
- A contact for questions about the opportunity.
- Optional: what is being sold (real estate, business assets, shares, a lease or a franchise), the municipality, the address (stored privately), the price, and figures with where each one comes from.
- Documents as links only. Share links to documents you are allowed to share. The link is stored as text; the site never opens, copies or hosts the file.
What happens next
- Quarantine. Your submission is held privately. It is not public, not shared with investors and not matched to anyone's criteria.
- Owner review. Mohammad reviews it and accepts it, asks for more information, or declines it.
- Nothing public without your permission. After review it is shown only to the audience you chose, at the confidentiality you set, and only until your expiry date. An address is never shown publicly unless you allowed it.
- Every figure keeps its label. A figure you supply is shown as your claim until a document backs it.

Questions
Can I submit a property listed by another brokerage?
Only as a co-operating broker with the seller's written consent to share it. Otherwise, ask the listing brokerage to submit it.
Will my submission be public?
Not unless you chose a public audience and Mohammad accepted it after review. Until then it stays in quarantine, and even afterwards it is shown only to the audience you set and only until your expiry date.
Does the site open the documents I link?
No. The link is stored as text and never fetched by the site. Share only links you are allowed to share.
