Start with the advertised communities

360’s official project page advertises Bello Towns in Belvedere, southeast Calgary. Its wider project list also includes Carstairs and an upcoming Clara Towns release in Chestermere described as a Winter 2027 launch. Those are separate places and stages. This guide uses the Calgary project relationship without treating a future release or a website promotion as an available home.

Search MLS® listings naming 360 Custom Homes

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Compare the whole townhome layout, including storage and parking

Start with the actual unit plan and its position within the building. Follow the route from parking to the kitchen, check where coats and larger equipment fit, and measure the rooms you will furnish. Ask whether the quoted garage, outdoor area and storage belong exclusively to the unit and which maintenance arrangements apply. Compare the written ownership documents and recurring charges rather than assuming a townhome has one standard fee structure. An advertisement for a different 360 project does not supply Bello’s specification. Keep expired or date-limited promotions out of the cost comparison until the builder confirms the specific offer in writing.

Questions for the written comparison

• Which unit, garage, outdoor area and storage are included in this offer?
• What ownership and maintenance responsibilities apply to the actual townhome?
• Which dated specification and written offer apply to Bello rather than another project?

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
