Alliance Custom Homes new-home buyer guide

Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.

Custom services advertised across five municipalities

Alliance Custom Homes advertises custom and infill services in Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks. A service area tells you where to start a conversation; it does not tell you that a serviced lot, a finished home or a specific plan is ready to buy. This guide helps turn that broad regional offering into a defined site, scope and written comparison.

Official source reviewed 2026-11-02. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.

The reviewed source advertises custom-home services or portfolio work. It does not provide a verified current home-and-lot roster for the five target municipalities. Ask about the proposed site and contract before treating a design as a home for sale.

Search MLS® listings naming Alliance Custom Homes

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Compare the same build scope across municipalities

A custom-home comparison starts with who controls the land. Buying a builder-owned home and commissioning construction on land you own involve different sequences and documents. Ask Alliance to identify which arrangement it is proposing, then list the design work, site investigations, permits, demolition if relevant, utility connections and completion work included in that scope. When comparing a Calgary infill with a site in Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane or Okotoks, record the municipality and site assumptions on each proposal. A shared floor plan does not make site preparation or servicing equivalent. Request a revision that prices the same documented scope before choosing between proposals.

Questions for the written comparison

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.

Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

Questions

Does this guide confirm an available Alliance Custom Homes home?

No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.

How can I compare Alliance Custom Homes with other builders?

Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
