For a current condominium enquiry, start with a particular building and suite, then compare what is included in its documents rather than treating the whole development list as available inventory.

Search MLS® listings naming Brad Remington Homes

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Build the comparison around the suite’s complete package

Ask for the exact suite plan, position in the building and documented parking and storage arrangements. If a project advertises underground parking or a storage feature, establish whether the selected purchase includes it and how the right is recorded. Compare the suite’s usable room dimensions, entrance and outdoor space alongside its specification and recurring charges. A remaining suite in an established phase may have different selections or completion circumstances from a presale option in another project. Ask which common areas and exterior works are completed and which remain planned, using the project-specific documents. A sold-out past development can be a reference for discussion, but it is not a current purchase option.

Questions for the written comparison

• Which suite, parking and storage rights are included in the proposed package?
• What usable rooms, outdoor space, specification and recurring charges are documented?
• Which building and common-area work is complete and what remains under the written terms?

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
