Search MLS® listings naming Dream Ridge Homes

Turn design preferences into an orderly selection schedule
Choose the features of a reference home that matter to you, then ask when those decisions must be made for the proposed build. Windows, cabinetry, stairs and exterior materials can affect one another; the drawings and selection record should show the same approved choices. Ask who tracks outstanding decisions and what happens if a product changes or arrives later than expected. Keep a dated decision log so a portfolio preference does not become an assumed inclusion without a drawing, material or price attached.

Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.
