Fifth Avenue Homes new-home buyer guide
Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.
Selected advertised communities and home collections
The Calgary-region Fifth Avenue Homes uses fifthavehomes.com, the same business linked by Clearwater Park’s developer. Its reviewed collection lists Belvedere, Heritage Hills, West Hawk and Tillotson. Green Haven and Cimarron Estates are marked sold out, while Clearwater Park is coming soon. A similarly named Ontario builder uses a different website and is not part of this guide.
Official source reviewed 2026-11-02. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.
| Community / project | Municipality |
|---|---|
| Belvedere | Calgary |
| Heritage Hills | Cochrane |
| West Hawk | Cochrane |
| Tillotson | Okotoks |
Search MLS® listings naming Fifth Avenue Homes
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Confirm the regional builder and the specific home collection
Before comparing a Fifth Avenue offer, confirm that the brochure, website and proposed agreement concern the Calgary-region business and the correct collection. The same community can have several builders, and similarly named companies operate in other provinces. Once identity and location are clear, compare the actual home format and the drawings supplied for that release. A community card can remain visible after a collection sells out or before a new release begins. Ask which plans and selections remain available, what stage the proposed home has reached and which inclusions are fixed. Keep any leaseback or financing program separate from the base home comparison until its specific written terms have been reviewed.
Questions for the written comparison
- Do the website, brochure and proposed company refer to the same regional business?
- Is this collection current, coming soon or sold out?
- Which plan, stage and written specification apply to the actual offer?
Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

Questions
Does this guide confirm an available Fifth Avenue Homes home?
No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.
How can I compare Fifth Avenue Homes with other builders?
Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
