McKinley Masters new-home buyer guide
Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.
Inner-city, estate and acreage services
McKinley Masters’ current official website distinguishes inner-city and urban homes from estates and acreages, with separate links for available homes and lots. These service and portfolio categories describe different ways to build. They do not verify that a particular Calgary house, acreage site or construction slot is available today.
Official source reviewed 2026-11-03. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.
The reviewed evidence describes services or portfolio work, rather than a verified current home-and-lot roster. Confirm the exact site, municipality, legal contracting entity and present opportunity directly.
Search MLS® listings naming McKinley Masters
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Compare city infill and acreage proposals at the site-work level
The same room program can produce very different work outside the house. For an inner-city proposal, ask about site access, demolition if applicable and connections to existing services. For an acreage proposal, identify the municipality, utility arrangements, access and any private servicing that the specific site requires. Request a separate schedule of included site work, investigations and allowances before comparing the building prices. Keep the design brief consistent between proposals: usable rooms, storage and garage needs should not disappear behind a larger lot description. A portfolio estate demonstrates a design example without establishing the servicing or approvals of your proposed property.
Questions for the written comparison
- Which site and servicing costs are included, allowed for or excluded?
- Who obtains the site investigations and coordinates the required consultants?
- Does the proposal concern a currently available home, a lot or a new commission?
Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

Questions
Does this guide confirm an available McKinley Masters home?
No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.
How can I compare McKinley Masters with other builders?
Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
