Minto’s Calgary-region new-home collection currently promotes Wildflower in Airdrie. The official project page describes townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes. This is an Airdrie project, even though it sits within the builder’s Calgary-region website. Start with that municipality and the selected ownership format before comparing it with a Calgary-city alternative.

Search MLS® listings naming Minto Communities
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Compare the Wildflower purchase format and ongoing obligations
A townhome, duplex and single-family home can involve different parking, outdoor space and maintenance arrangements. Do not assume those details from the marketing label alone. Ask for the exact title and any condominium, homeowners-association or other recurring obligations that apply to the particular purchase. Compare usable floor space and storage on the plans, then enter the written price, taxes, fees and selected inclusions into the full-cost worksheet. A regional search result is not proof that the home is within Calgary city limits.
