RareBuilt Homes new-home buyer guide

Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.

Selected advertised communities and home collections

RareBuilt’s official collection advertises Seventeen Hundred at Aspen Estates in southwest Calgary and describes its next phase. Griffith Pointe is marked sold out. Pine Springs and Serenity are in Heritage Pointe and are not assigned to Calgary municipality here. The selected project needs a unit-specific review; a luxury label or a wider portfolio does not confirm the offered home’s features.

Official source reviewed 2026-11-02. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.

Search MLS® listings naming RareBuilt Homes

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Check which features belong to the actual townhome

RareBuilt’s Seventeen Hundred collection highlights a distinctive townhome format, so ask how the advertised features apply to the particular unit and phase. Compare circulation, stairs, outdoor spaces and any proposed elevator arrangement with the way you expect to live in the home. Request the exact floor plan, parking and storage allocations, and the written finish schedule. Features shown in a rendering may vary across units or remain subject to selection. Ask which common areas and exterior items are complete and what obligations continue after possession. A useful comparison separates the home’s private features from development-wide amenities and identifies the documents needed to confirm both.

Questions for the written comparison

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.

Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

Questions

Does this guide confirm an available RareBuilt Homes home?

No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.

How can I compare RareBuilt Homes with other builders?

Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
