StreetSide Developments new-home buyer guide
Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.
Selected advertised communities and home collections
StreetSide’s official home finder separates condominium and townhome offerings and lists projects in Hotchkiss, Redstone, Rangeview, Sirocco and Vantage Rise. Its regional collection also includes Harmony, outside Calgary city limits. A filter describing condominium fees or a broad townhome label should be checked against the ownership and ongoing obligations of the particular project and unit.
Official source reviewed 2026-11-02. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.
| Community / project | Municipality |
|---|---|
| Hotchkiss Court | Calgary |
| Redstone Square | Calgary |
| Rangeview Gardens | Calgary |
| Sirocco Gate East | Calgary |
| Vantage Rise Towns | Airdrie |
Search MLS® listings naming StreetSide Developments
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Ask what the fee filter actually covers
Begin with the project, phase and unit, then request the documents that identify ownership, maintenance responsibilities and recurring charges. An advertised no-condominium-fee option does not answer every question about community associations, privately maintained areas or future obligations. Compare the documented responsibilities as well as the monthly figure. Next, identify the unit’s entrance, parking and storage rights and trace the level changes between the spaces used most often. Where a collection has both apartments and townhomes, use the correct floor plan and specification for the selected format. The region-wide finder helps create a shortlist, but its filter results do not replace project-specific documents.
Questions for the written comparison
- What ownership, fee and maintenance documents apply to this project and unit?
- Which obligations remain even if the advertised option has no condominium fee?
- What entrance, parking, storage and outdoor-space rights belong to the exact home?
Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

Questions
Does this guide confirm an available StreetSide Developments home?
No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.
How can I compare StreetSide Developments with other builders?
Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
