Set a standard for video viewings
A polished listing video is a marketing piece. Ask for a practical walkthrough that covers room connections, windows, stairs, storage, signs of maintenance needs, the exterior, and the street. Note what the video cannot establish, including hidden defects, sound at other times of day, and the condition of inaccessible areas.
