Search for homes using French. Listing remarks, navigation and some tools remain English. Mohammad’s direct languages are English, Bangla, Hindi and Urdu. Discuss French interpretation before arranging a consultation or relying on a document explanation.

Francophone education: confirm the actual programme
French immersion and francophone schooling are distinct choices. Read the comparison guide, then confirm eligibility, the designated school, enrolment and transportation directly with the relevant school authority for each address. Buying a nearby home is not a guarantee of admission.

Francophonie Calgary lists welcome and settlement resources. Calgary Accueil provides another community starting point. Check current activities and eligibility with each organization. No affiliation or endorsement of Mohammad or KO Realty is claimed.
Coordinate a move from Quebec or another province
A sale in one province and purchase in Alberta involve separate professionals and timelines. Use the out-of-province buying guide to prepare the Calgary side. Confirm lender requirements, legal documents, funds and possession arrangements with those responsible. Do not assume prior experience in another province makes the processes identical.
