Whether you are already a Canadian homeowner or planning from Mexico, separate the property decisions from immigration, consular and tax questions. Your advisers confirm those parts of the move.

Search in Spanish and agree on personal language support

Search Calgary-area homes using Spanish. Listing remarks and some tools remain English. Mohammad does not personally provide Spanish service. If you need Spanish interpretation, discuss the scope before a consultation and ask your lawyer about formal translation of documents.

Keep consular and cultural resources separate from the transaction

The Consulate of Mexico in Calgary is the official starting point for its consular services. Casa Mexico Foundation provides a separate cultural and community resource. Neither link implies a partnership, recommendation or real estate service from those organizations.

Check the official provider for appointments, document requirements and current availability rather than relying on a property website for consular advice.

Tell me what you want to work out

Share whether you are buying, selling, investing or planning ahead, your timing and any language assistance you would like to discuss. Do not send identity documents or bank statements through this form.

A phone number or an email is enough.

By sending, you ask Mohammad Emon at KO Realty to contact you about this enquiry. No obligation to buy or list. Privacy policy. 403-888-4268.

Your request has been received.

Mohammad will follow up about your plan. Choose a consultation time.

Organize funds and signing before setting a possession date

If funds, owners or documents are in Mexico, ask the Canadian lender and lawyer what records, translations, identification and signing arrangements they require. Discuss the source-of-funds trail and transfer timing with the institutions handling the money. Do not send bank statements, identity records or account numbers through a public enquiry form.

Nationality does not decide whether a purchase is permitted. Ask your lawyer to assess your status, the property and the rules in force before an offer.

Already own in Calgary? Plan the sale on its own terms

If you live outside Alberta while selling, the remote seller guide helps frame access, preparation and decision-making. Tell your lawyer about any cross-border ownership or tax questions. For a local move, coordinate your sale and next purchase so the dates and financing work together.

Questions

Can we complete the transaction entirely in Spanish?

That service is not currently promised. Mohammad’s direct languages are English, Bangla, Hindi and Urdu; discuss interpretation and professional document requirements first.

Does owning a home determine immigration status?

A property consultation is separate from immigration advice. Ask an authorized immigration professional about your status and a lawyer about purchase eligibility.
