What this is
A mobile app for searching Calgary MLS® listings, branded to me, that puts new listings on your phone the moment they hit the market. It runs on the same CREA feed as this website. The difference is the phone: saved searches in the app send you a notification when something new matches, and you can message me a listing from inside it.
It is free to download. It needs a code to open, because the app is issued through my licence rather than sold to the public — the code is what connects it to me.

Use the buttons, not a store search. There is an unrelated app with the same name — a services marketplace for agents — and it has nowhere to type the code. The buttons above go straight to the correct one, by Prospects Software.

The app or the website?
Both, for different jobs. The app is for alerts — it is the fastest way to hear about a new listing while you are out. This website is for thinking: the neighbourhood matcher, the affordability calculator, the segment reads, and AI search that understands “south-facing with a legal suite under $700k.” Search in the app; decide here.
If you would rather not install anything, this site works on your phone too and can be added to your home screen from the browser menu.
A note from me
I set this up so you would not have to refresh Realtor.ca every morning. Save a search, turn on notifications, and let the app do the watching. If anything about it is confusing — the code, the download, the notifications — contact me and I will walk you through it in two minutes. It is faster than reading instructions.
