Yes. The listing search at mohammademon.ca reads nine languages — English, French, Bangla, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Chinese, Spanish and Filipino — and converts a plain sentence in any of them into real MLS® filters across 9,817 active listings. Searching and being served are different things: Mohammad Emon works in English, Bangla, Hindi and Urdu, and says so rather than implying more. In the other five you can search in your language and he will go through the results with you in English, with a written summary after every conversation.
The search box on this site reads nine languages. Type what you are looking for the way you would say it out loud — “basement suite wala ghar”, “maison avec quatre chambres”, “bahay na may garahe” — and it converts your sentence into a real MLS® search: price, beds, community, property type, and features written in the listing remarks.
It is searching 9,817 active listings (7,124 of them in Calgary) from the CREA DDF® feed, as of September 22, 2026. Not a translation of a brochure — the same live inventory a Calgary REALTOR® searches.

Searching in a language and being served in one are different things — here is the honest split
Plenty of agent websites imply they speak whatever language you searched in. This is what is actually true here, and you should hold any agent to the same distinction before you sign anything.

You can search in these and I will read the results with you in English. What I offer instead of pretending otherwise: a written summary after every conversation so nothing important rests on catching a spoken nuance, and no objection to you bringing a family member or an interpreter to any meeting — most of my files already work this way.
Every contract, condition and disclosure in an Alberta transaction is written in English regardless of the language we talk in. That is a legal reality, not a service limit — which is why I put the summary in writing either way.
What the search can actually find
It reads the listing remarks, not just the fields — so it finds things the portal filters cannot. Counted live in the same feed, September 22, 2026:
- 380 listings whose remarks mention a separate entrance — the detail that decides whether a basement can ever be suited, and one no portal has a checkbox for.
- 173 listings that advertise a spice kitchen or second kitchen.
- 742 listings that mention a suite of some kind — and the difference between “legal” and “illegal” in those remarks is worth six figures at resale. What makes a Calgary suite legal.
Ask for those in your own language: “ghar with separate entrance under 700” works. So does “maison avec cuisine à épices”.
Counts are of active listings whose public remarks contain the phrase, from the CREA DDF® feed on September 22, 2026. A listing that has the feature but does not say so is not counted, and remarks are written by the listing brokerage — a mention is not a permit. Always verify with the City before you rely on it.

Can I search Calgary listings in Punjabi?
Yes. Choose ਪੰਜਾਬੀ in the search language selector and type the way you speak — romanised Punjabi works too. "Calgary vich 3 bedroom ghar 600000 ton ghat" returns three-bedroom Calgary houses under $600,000. Note the honest part: the search reads Punjabi, but Mohammad works in English, Bangla, Hindi and Urdu, not Punjabi. You are welcome to bring a family member or interpreter, and every conversation is summarised in writing.
Does Mohammad Emon speak Hindi and Urdu?
Yes — English, Bangla, Hindi and Urdu, for showings, negotiation and the whole transaction. He does not speak Punjabi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Arabic or Farsi, and the site says so rather than implying otherwise. The MLS® search itself reads nine languages regardless of which ones he speaks.
How does searching in another language actually work?
Your sentence goes to a language model that converts it into MLS® filter values — city, community, price ceiling, bedroom count, property type, and keywords matched against the listing remarks — and the normal Calgary listing search runs with those filters. Nothing is machine-translated back at you: the results are the live CREA DDF® listings, in English, the same ones any Calgary REALTOR® sees.
Are the contracts in my language too?
No. Every purchase contract, condition and disclosure in an Alberta transaction is written in English, whichever language we talk in. That is a legal reality of buying here, not a limit of this service. It is also why every conversation gets a written summary — so what you agreed to is on paper in plain words before you sign anything.
