The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Compare the specific offer across Anthem’s projects

Start with the home format, lot and specification in the project you prefer. Then request the written terms of any advertised package for that particular home and signing date. A promotion shown for one Anthem community should not be assumed to apply to another, and a feature described in a model should not be treated as an included selection until documented. If a basement or suite option matters, ask for the exact plans, permitted use and completion scope for that home rather than using a regional marketing label as the answer. Compare Chelsea, D’Arcy or Wedderburn with a same-community alternative where possible, keeping municipal location and the contracting entity visible.
