Broadview Homes new-home buyer guide

Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.

Selected advertised communities and home collections

Broadview’s official roster advertises Calgary communities, Bridgeport and Dawson’s Landing in Chestermere, Rivercrest and Southbow Landing in Cochrane, and Vantage Rise in Airdrie. It also contains a direction for Ambleton visitors to use Ambleridge’s showhomes. A community-list entry or sales-centre address should therefore be read with its current status and the actual home collection.

Official source reviewed 2026-11-02. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.

Search MLS® listings naming Broadview Homes

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Get the dated specification and current sales route

Ask Broadview which sales centre serves the chosen community and which models and lots are currently being offered there. Then request the dated standard specification for that home and identify options or completion items separately. A broad promotion or a showhome display is not enough to settle what the selected offer includes. If comparing an advertised quick possession with a presale plan, record the actual construction stage, fixed selections and exterior work still due. When shifting the search from Calgary to Airdrie, Chestermere or Cochrane, keep the municipality and lot assumptions visible alongside differences in the home itself.

Questions for the written comparison

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.

Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

This opens the existing Game Plan with the builder context. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not register you with the builder.

Questions

Does this guide confirm an available Broadview Homes home?

No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.

How can I compare Broadview Homes with other builders?

Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
