Brookfield can be involved in community development as well as homebuilding, so a community bearing its name should not be treated as proof that Brookfield is the builder or seller of every home there.

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Separate the home offer from the wider community offering
Start with the home collection and legal seller identified in the proposed agreement. Then ask which community amenities, association obligations and completion plans relate to that particular purchase.
