Mattamy’s Calgary-region collection includes Cityscape, Carrington and Yorkville in Calgary and Southwinds in Airdrie. A regional search can therefore cross municipal boundaries. The registry also lists separate Mattamy project companies; those records remain exact-entity observations, not a single licence assertion covering every Mattamy home. Begin with the community and then identify the actual seller of the home you want to compare.

Search MLS® listings naming Mattamy Homes
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Compare releases and documents within the chosen community
A plan advertised across a regional builder’s website may not be offered on every lot or in every release. Ask Mattamy which plan, elevation and garage arrangement are offered in the selected community today, then request a site-specific quote and specification. Comparing Southwinds with Yorkville changes the municipality as well as the community; record that before attributing differences to the builder’s pricing. Separate an advertised future release from a home with a defined lot and construction stage. Finally, match the legal seller in the agreement to its registry record rather than assuming a licence from a related Mattamy project company applies to this transaction.

Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.
