Start with the advertised communities
The Arcuri Homes website now redirects to Dominium. The existing association entry co-lists Dominium Residential Inc. with an Arcuri reference. Dominium’s own Currie page describes a Calgary single-family project as currently building, while its Carrington page records completion in 2022. The current website is the starting point; it does not establish a separate new Arcuri collection or the seller of a particular home.

Search MLS® listings naming Dominium
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Follow the project and contracting party beyond the brand name
If you found the company through an Arcuri reference, ask which current Dominium project and legal entity your enquiry concerns. Identify whether you are buying a specified home, discussing a future release or looking at completed work. Compare the exact property, construction stage and specification rather than treating every project in a development portfolio as a new-home purchase opportunity. Dominium also presents commercial and out-of-province work. Those projects do not establish housing availability in Airdrie or the other target municipalities. Keep the legal seller, builder responsibilities and dated purchase documents together in the comparison.
Questions for the written comparison
- Which current project and legal seller does this enquiry concern?
- Is the property a current offer, a future release or completed portfolio work?
- Who is responsible for construction and which specification and completion terms apply?
Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.
