Selected advertised communities and home collections
Homes By Us’ official community page advertises Aspen Woods Estates, Currie and Crestmont in Calgary. It also identifies Princeton as Rocky View County, so Princeton is excluded from the Calgary-city table. The company publishes models, showhomes and custom-home services; these different references need to be tied to the specific site and proposal being considered.

Search MLS® listings naming Homes by Us
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Compare the model, showhome and actual build as separate references
For a Homes By Us comparison, identify whether each reference is a showhome, a model design or the home you would actually contract for. Ask for the proposed site drawing and a specification that names the included features. A showhome can be useful for judging room proportions and finish preferences, but it does not establish what is included in a different build. Compare the layout with furniture and storage needs, then identify any changes needed for the lot’s orientation or grade. Keep design allowances and future selections visible on the worksheet. This helps you compare a custom proposal with another builder’s more fixed package without treating unsettled choices as finished inclusions.

Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.
