Homes by Avi’s regional search presents several home formats and distinguishes floor plans, showhomes and quick possessions. Its official project pages identify Lanark Landing in Airdrie and Osprey Hill and Rockland Park in Calgary. These are selected advertised relationships. They do not establish that the same format or model is available in every community, or that a showhome’s selections are included in another home.

Search MLS® listings naming Homes by Avi
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Compare quotes with the same inclusions and tax presentation
A model’s starting figure and a quick-possession offer may be presented with different inclusions or tax treatment. Ask Homes by Avi for an itemized written quote showing the home, lot, options, stated taxes and completion items for each alternative. Confirm the treatment in the specific offer rather than copying a headline figure into the worksheet. Then compare the actual drawings and construction stage: a finished home may have selections already fixed, while a presale proposal may still require decisions. If a street-town offering is advertised without condominium fees, ask which ownership documents and other recurring obligations apply to that exact project. Keep that answer separate from the broad home-style label.

- Do both written quotes show the same home-and-lot inclusions and stated tax treatment?
- Which selections are fixed and which remain available at the actual construction stage?

Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.
