Selected advertised communities and home collections
McKee’s official site advertises Airdrie and Calgary alongside several municipalities outside the five-city search. Its Airdrie pages identify communities including Bayside Estates, Bayview, Chinook Gate, Lanark Landing and Vantage Rise. The Calgary page names Lewiston as its return to that market. A community description and a quick-possession search serve different purposes; neither should be used alone as confirmation of a specific home.

Search MLS® listings naming McKee Homes
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Distinguish the plan library from the current release
Ask McKee which plans are offered on the current lots in the chosen community. A plan in the general library may require a different lot or may not be offered in the release being discussed. If the website search returns no suitable results, ask whether the option is a later release, a custom proposal or a particular home under construction. Those lead to different documents and decisions. Compare the lot fit, garage arrangement, main-floor use and remaining selections on current drawings. Keep Calgary’s Lewiston offering separate from Airdrie and from nearby Balzac, Crossfield or Carstairs; a regional office or familiar plan does not make those locations interchangeable.
Questions for the written comparison
- Which plans and lot configurations are offered in the current community release?
- Is the proposed option an existing build, a later release or a separate design proposal?
- What drawings, selections and written completion terms are available for comparison now?
Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.
