Ask what performance objective is included for your project and which drawings, assemblies and equipment support it. Identify any modelling, testing or third-party certification proposed, who performs that work and which records you receive. Compare the agreed target and verification process alongside the room layout and finish specification. If you request a different window, mechanical system or exterior detail, ask how that change affects the original performance assumptions. Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
