Jayman’s Calgary-region collection separates home models, showhomes and quick possessions and advertises several home formats. Selected Calgary examples include Cornerstone, Legacy, Mahogany and Rangeview. Its regional selector also includes places outside Calgary city limits, so the collection heading alone should not be used as the municipality of a proposed home. Start with the actual community and the dated specification for the selected model.

Search MLS® listings naming Jayman BUILT

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Compare the specification package attached to the home

Jayman promotes energy-related features alongside its floor plans. Ask which features are included in the particular community, model and construction stage, then attach that dated schedule to your comparison. A model page, a showhome and a finished quick-possession home can represent different selections. Record what is installed, what remains an option and what documentation will be supplied at handover. If a performance label or equipment package matters to your decision, request the documents for that home rather than carrying a general website statement into the agreement. Compare usable rooms, garage dimensions and completion items alongside the specification, without assuming a utility saving or purchase incentive that has not been established.

• Which dated specification and energy-feature schedule apply to this model and lot?
• Which showhome features are included, optional or already fixed by construction stage?
• What home-specific documentation and written completion terms will be supplied?

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
