Morrison’s official Calgary roster separates laned, front-garage, duplex, villa and estate-oriented model collections. It includes Cornerstone, Livingston, Glacier Ridge, Rockland Park, Legacy and other Calgary communities. Some home models appear under a named anniversary collection. Compare the exact plan and specification within the chosen community; the model count on a collection page is not a count of homes available for possession.

Search MLS® listings naming Morrison Homes

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Keep the model version and lot fit in the comparison

Write down the full model name, version, elevation and community attached to each Morrison proposal. Ask which dimensions or options change between versions, and whether the preferred configuration fits the proposed lot. A laned home, front-garage home and villa should not be compared solely on the largest area figure shown in marketing. Trace the living spaces, storage and garage on the drawings, then record exterior-completion items and selected options in the worksheet. Where the same model is advertised in another community, request that community’s own quote and specification. A shared model name does not settle lot cost, included finishes or construction stage.

Questions for the written comparison

• Which model version, elevation and community specification are attached to this quote?
• Does the proposed configuration fit the actual lot and its documented constraints?
• Which options and completion items explain the difference from the comparison home?

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
