Partners Development Group new-home buyer guide

Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.

Selected advertised communities and home collections

Partners’ current collection advertises Calgary townhome, duplex and condo projects and Lawrie Park Condos in Okotoks. Wedderburn duplexes, Ridgemont and D’Arcy are labelled arriving in 2027 and are excluded from the selected table. A future registration opportunity is different from a current home offer. Heritage Crossing in De Winton is also outside the target municipalities.

Official source reviewed 2026-11-02. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.

Search MLS® listings naming Partners Development Group

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Compare the ownership format alongside the floor plan

Partners’ collection spans several formats, so begin with the obligations attached to each actual home. A condo, a street townhome and a duplex can have different parking, maintenance and common-property arrangements. Ask for the relevant documents and a complete recurring-cost picture rather than inferring the ownership structure from the building’s appearance. If the preferred project is a future release, keep its anticipated features separate from a home you can currently evaluate. Compare the exact plan, included storage and outdoor space, and the work you would be responsible for after possession. Record which charges are confirmed and which still need documentation before treating two different formats as equivalent alternatives.

Questions for the written comparison

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.

Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

Questions

Does this guide confirm an available Partners Development Group home?

No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.

How can I compare Partners Development Group with other builders?

Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
