PCH Builders new-home buyer guide

Community sources, practical comparisons and a personal shortlist with Mohammad Emon, REALTOR® at KO Realty. This is an independent guide, not the builder’s sales website.

Official services and portfolio scope

The Professional Custom Homes web address now redirects to PCH Builders. PCH’s own site describes its development from custom-home work into a broader residential and multifamily business, with separate project categories for custom homes, semi-detached homes and larger buildings. A wider corporate portfolio does not mean every project is an individual home offered for purchase.

Official source reviewed 2026-11-03. The source describes the scope below. Portfolio work, service areas and future announcements do not confirm an available home. Check the specific project and contracting entity separately.

The reviewed evidence describes services, design examples or portfolio work. It does not establish a verified current home-and-lot roster. Confirm the actual site, municipality, opportunity and legal contracting entity directly.

Search MLS® listings naming PCH Builders

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Identify whether the proposal sells a home or delivers a development

Ask whether you are buying a specified residence, commissioning construction on your site or engaging a team for a larger project. The drawings, responsibilities and payment milestones should describe that same scope. For an individual home, identify the exact unit or lot, included finishes and completion items. For a construction engagement, identify design responsibilities, consultant work, allowances and the change process. Keep rental-management or civil-construction descriptions separate from a new-home purchase. The current brand and its older web address provide business context; the actual legal parties and responsibilities still belong in the proposed agreement.

Questions for the written comparison

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.

Before visiting or registering, ask Mohammad to check the builder’s cooperation and registration process for your project. Already visited? Explain what happened so your actual options can be checked. Representation, compensation and any amount you may owe are confirmed separately in writing.

Questions

Does this guide confirm an available PCH Builders home?

No. The advertised project, service or portfolio scope comes from the dated sources below. Available homes, lots, prices and possession terms need a current check for the specific purchase.

How can I compare PCH Builders with other builders?

Use the community links, the MLS search and the full-cost worksheet to compare actual homes and written specifications. Send the builder context through the Game Plan for a personal shortlist.
