Prominent’s official collection names communities in all five target municipalities: Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks. Selected examples are Savanna, Key Ranch, Waterford, Greystone and Wedderburn. This makes a regional comparison possible, but it does not establish that the same plan, lot arrangement, specification or possession window is offered in each location.

Search MLS® listings naming Prominent Homes

The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.

Hold the home requirements steady while comparing cities

Write down the rooms, garage, outdoor space and move window you need before comparing Prominent proposals across municipalities. Request the current project, phase and plan in each location, then record which requirement each proposal actually meets. A difference in the quoted total may reflect the lot, the home format or selected options as well as the municipality. Keep those components visible instead of attributing the entire difference to location. If the preferred plan is not offered in the current release, distinguish a future possibility from an alternative home with documents available now. Add a same-community competing builder where possible to give the location comparison another reference point.

Questions for the written comparison

• Which current phase and plan meet the same room, garage and outdoor-space requirements?
• What lot, specification and option differences explain the quoted totals?
• Is the proposed possession window tied to a particular home and written agreement?

Compare the full cost and the specific home

Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
