R Space’s official website advertises Greystone and Riversong in Cochrane and offers a home-plan collection with customization options. Grayhawk in Sylvan Lake is outside the five target municipalities. Greystone’s developer also names R Space as a front-drive builder. The selected projects are advertised relationships, with actual lots, models and availability still to be confirmed.

Search MLS® listings naming R Space Builders
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Move from a plan-library choice to the proposed site
R Space’s plan collection can help you identify room relationships and layout priorities, but the proposed lot should anchor the comparison. Ask which plan version, elevation and garage arrangement are available for that site. If optional basement development or layout changes are discussed, separate included work from choices that need revised drawings or pricing. Compare the design stage and decision deadlines with another proposal so you understand how much flexibility remains. Record the exterior completion scope and the exact written specification. This gives you a clearer comparison than selecting a plan by its name and assuming every illustrated feature follows it into every community.

Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items.
