Janssen’s official community collection advertises Rivercrest in Cochrane and Ravines of Royal Oak in Calgary, alongside a Kitstone entry that needs its own release check. The reviewed sources support a Calgary and Cochrane comparison; older Okotoks geography is not treated as proof of a current project. Each proposed home still needs a current plan and availability check.

Search MLS® listings naming Janssen Homes
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Compare the living arrangement beyond the bedroom count
A Janssen comparison should show how the home works across all its levels. For an attached home, consider the entry, stairs, garage connection, usable storage and relationship to neighbouring units. Ask for the actual unit plan and site position rather than relying only on a model rendering. Clarify whether outdoor areas, parking and exterior maintenance are private responsibilities or part of another arrangement, using the documents for that project. A Rivercrest option and a Ravines of Royal Oak option may solve different daily needs even with similar room counts. Put those functional differences beside the full written cost before deciding which home deserves a visit.

Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
