Luxuria’s official project pages advertise Restaare in Calgary’s Belmont, Cascata II in Chestermere’s Chelsea and home collections in Cochrane’s West Hawk. Its Key Ranch multifamily page is marked coming soon. Project names, branding and exact contracting companies are separate checks, especially when a collection has more than one phase or legal entity.

Search MLS® listings naming Luxuria Homes
The search identifies builders from listing remarks. It can include recently built resales and does not include every off-MLS builder home. Confirm who is selling, whether the home is new, its source date and the actual possession terms.
Match the disclosure package to the exact phase and legal company
Use the project and phase name to request the correct drawings, specification and ownership documents for a Luxuria comparison. A similarly branded collection can involve a different legal company, home format or set of common-property obligations. Check that the proposed agreement and supporting documents identify the same phase and contracting entity. An older certificate or document for a neighbouring phase is useful history, but it does not establish the current licence or seller for your purchase. The registry’s declared company associations can help explain the business context; they do not transfer a licence or make one entity responsible for another’s contract. Compare the full cost and the specific home
Put two to four actual homes or written offers into the full-cost comparison worksheet. Record the lot, specification, selected options, stated GST and rebate treatment, deposit milestones, recurring charges and completion items. A sample quote or model page does not reserve a home or confirm an incentive.
