Calgary condo buildings, one building at a time

Starting with East Village and the Beltline. Every figure comes from the units listed on September 25, 2026, rebuilt daily; my own notes are added only where I have walked the building.

How to read these pages

A building page groups the units listed at one civic address and shows what they say together: how many neighbours are selling, what the fee costs per square foot, how long units have sat, and what the listing remarks disclose. It is not a condo-document review. The reserve fund study, minutes and estoppel certificate are where the real answers are, and I’ll go through them with you before you offer.
